Here are some simple rules to help you understand how the service works:

  • Your basic details will be shared with the agent only for the purpose of the service.

Who Can Use It?

  • All individual Savings Account holders can use this facility.

Who Cannot Use It?

  • Joint accounts operated jointly
  • Minor accounts

Service Only at Your Registered Address

  • The pickup/delivery address must match your bank’s registered address.
  • This address must be within 5 km of a nearby Axis Bank branch.

One Request Per Day

  • Only one doorstep request is allowed per day per customer.

Cash Pickup & Delivery Limits

  • Cash pickup limit: ₹50,000 per visit
  • Cash delivery: Available only for senior citizens (above 70) and differently-abled persons

How to Identify the Delivery Agent

To stay safe and secure:

  • Show your ID proof and SMS confirmation sent by the bank.
  • Check the ID card of the delivery agent and match it with the details in the pickup/delivery slip.
